I am an English and (basic) German speaking guitarist and teacher from London, England.
I am educated to degree level and studied Music Education at the British Academy of New Music (now Access Creative College), whose former students include Ed Sheeran, Rita Ora, The Saturdays and others.
I have 15 years guitar teaching experience and have taught students of all ages and experience, from children and adult beginners to touring musicians.
My guitar lessons consist of song and musical piece learning, songwriting, creative technical and warm-up exercises, some worthwhile musical theory and other activities. Students can learn basic rhythm to advanced fingerstyle guitar.
All activities are tailored to the needs and learning styles of the individual.
I teach a wide range of guitar music styles and genres, including rock,folk, country, pop, classical, some flamenco and alternative music.
Artists/ Composers covered in previous lessons have included: Beatles, Radiohead, Juan Martin, Adele, Nirvana, Chet Atkins, Led Zeppelin, Francisco Tárrega and many other composers.
I train students towards all guitar grade exam syllabuses or help individuals work towards their personal goals.
